I am honestly tired of these guys and how they think. They claim champions of democracy but can’t even abide by the basic tenets of democracy which is the right to choose who represents you. I really feel sorry for them.

It is intellectually dishonest and democratically unintelligent to always assume that people who support a particular party or candidate do so because they are either being paid to do so or they have any expectation of financial or political rewards. When does it become a taboo or a crime to exercise one’s constitutional rights? What is even wrong with being paid and having an expectation of rewards should one’s candidate win the election? Is it now a crime?

The insecurity in this country is unfortunate and the government must rise up to her responsibility and do better. The incessant killings and maiming of citizens is unacceptable and must stop. However, I am unapologetically pro Tinubu and it is my choice. ADC is a no no for me.

@ThatCruiseMedic Prolonged calls put both doctors and patients at risk. 72-hour shifts are unnecessary and unsafe. After a 24-hour call, rest should be mandatory. A doctor who hasn't rested can’t provide the care patients deserve.

That's why I support the current NARD in her fight against prolonged and unnecessary calls hours for residents. Doctors should learn to prioritize their own health, 72hrs call is unnecessary and uncalled for, it makes the doctor who is dealing with lives prone to errors. The worse is after the call you are still expected to resume your duty the following day. Aside the poor pay this is one of the reasons a lot of people don't want to start residency in Nigeria. Left to me, after a 24hrs call, the doctor should have the next day as off.

72 hour call does not make you a strong man, it's suffering and you are dying slowly. Seeing over 100 patients a day does not make you a good doctor, you are killing yourself and not doing your patients any good. Working while sick , does not make you a zealous doctor, you are a pawn and will be DISCARDED forgotten in less than a minute if or when you drop DEAD. No one is coming to save you , take care of yourself ✌️
