El conductor jamás la acosa, siempre mantuvo la calma mientras ella lo agrede verbalmente y físicamente al darle un golpe en la cara, luego lo amenaza con un arma de fuego que ella portaria en su bolso. Tal vez el error del señor fue tratarla de "mi amor" cuando le pidió que se sentará adelante.
