Sorry about the lack of updates yesterday everyone. Unfortunately, after a strong start (starting 3-0), my deck and matchups decided to crumble, and I ultimately finished with a record of 3-4-1. While I do think I played close to perfect, is there a chance I made some micro misplays ? Yes. Yesterday i took the night off to reflect and relax a little bit, feeling the weight of the world on my shoulders. I was feeling very disappointed not only for me, but for everyone that cheered me on, whether it was on Twitter, at home and even in Brazil.
Now, I am not giving up. I’m determined to close my invite with the remainder of the events I have lined up (Lima, Indy and NAIC), and I will put a lot of effort and time into those events. I do believe I have the capacity to get there, if I focus enough (which should be easier since I started a higher dose of my ADHD meds). I am travelling to Lima tomorrow, and then it’s testing non stop for most of the day (but I will still take the time to enjoy some tourism in Lima).
I do want to say thank you to a few people that kept me grounded yesterday, whether it was in person or by message. I was spiraling really badly, and these people were the reason I left the venue feeling better, even though my mood was still a shitshow. @ZachLesagePTCG @SoarJM @Laurafavela_7 @amcharles0 @juuh_amarques @VickyTheJudge
While it was harder to not have Zach around when I was doing bad, i’m happy I had a lot of friends around to talk me off the ledge I was on. So thank you guys, it meant more than I can say.
I’m sorry if I disappointed any of you. But let’s finish strong. I’m not giving up yet.

Landed in São Paulo, Brazil ! Slept maybe an hour out of the 11 hours flight but I’m in high spirits anyway ! (Curse my inability to fall asleep on planes 🥲)
Also very happy that my Airbnb host is accommodating my request for an early check-in. Going through customs, picking up my suitcase then ubering my way to Campinas (which is about an hour and a half from the airport).
Any recommendations on where to eat / what to do from people that live here / visited in the past ?

Heading to South America today to attend Campinas Regional and Lima Special Event - as a solo traveler ! Very grateful for @ZachLesagePTCG as he stays back to take care of Camille, Willow, the guinea pigs and the household in general. I’m hoping to have 2 semi-deep runs to lock up my invite to the World Championships ! I’m currently sitting at 570CP. Repping @kayfabecardsllc and I’m lowkey obsessed with how i look with their jersey.
I am super excited to head to South America for the second time this season! I love the vibes and the people down there. I have a long-ish journey to get there, but I’m so happy to have this incredible opportunity. Of course I had to bring my BT21 characters with me as well 🥰
