I’m with my peeps. Great crowd in Toronto for the Push For Your Tush walk/run. Met several fellow colorectal cancer survivors and thrivers and we helped raise $75k for Colorectal Cancer Canada. If you’re of age get screened! A routine colonoscopy is the reason I’m alive today.

Coming to you this morning from my hospital room a piece about living with a temporary ostomy. Surgery to reverse it went fine. Hope this might help put someone else’s mind at ease. They can be a life saver. Thanks to @QuereshyMD and his UHN team.
