The Constitution is clear: states run elections, not the federal government. New Jersey has administered safe, secure, and accessible voting for generations. Our vote-by-mail system works. Millions of New Jerseyans — Republicans, Democrats, and unaffiliated voters alike — rely on it. The president himself has cast ballots by mail. This order does nothing to strengthen election integrity and is designed to make it harder for eligible citizens to vote. Like everything Donald Trump gets involved in – from jobs to healthcare, to gas prices, a war with no plan, or even running our airports – he creates chaos and makes life harder for New Jerseyans. Let’s be clear: any problem with mail in ballots would be caused by Trump himself. I will take every action available to protect New Jerseyans fundamental voting rights.

In 2022, in DeKalb County Georgia, there was a a democrat primary for county commissioner district 2. Michelle Long Spears was the expected winner but she lost huge and even received ZERO votes in her home precinct where she and her husband voted for her. She demanded a recount. The state resisted. DeKalb County said count them by hand.
The result. She won. In the recount, it was learned that not only did a software error give her votes to another candidate but 1,802 votes were skipped by the machines. No reason was ever given.

BETWEEN $14.7 AND $18.8 BILLION.
That’s what is being stolen from New York taxpayers every single year and Albany has done nothing to stop it.
I ran the numbers myself, applying CMS, GAO, and USDA fraud benchmarks category-by-category across our bloated $277B state budget.
My estimate: $14.7 billion in fraud and improper payments a year and it could be as high as $18.8 billion.
That’s up to 6.8% of every dollar New Yorkers send to Albany, gone.
Even my conservative estimate is enough to hand every single taxpayer in this state a $1,500 check, nearly 10x what Hochul’s insulting “inflation refund” gave you.
Instead, it’s disappearing into a system nobody in power wants to fix.
Medicaid alone likely bleeds close to $9-11B a year and this isn’t news to Albany. DiNapoli’s own audit found $11B lost to unemployment fraud.
The DOJ is actively suing the state over the CDPAP scheme.
They’ve known for years, and they’ve done nothing.
I will not just manage this fraud. I will end it.
A Fraud Strike Team with real oversight. No more pay-to-play contracts. No more looking the other way.
Your money was stolen, and I’m going to get it back.

You would think that after getting 81 million votes, news shows like CNN and MSNBC would flourish because there was such a groundswell of support for Joe Biden.
And yet immediately after the election CNN and MSNBC cratered. Why? Because of lack of viewers and lack of advertising sales.
So how do you get 81 million votes and then suddenly there's no one to watch the news that's out there promoting you?
How do you lose 18 out of 19 bellwether counties and yet won the election?
How do you lose Iowa, Ohio, and Florida and win the election when no presidential candidate has ever done that before?
How did you lose 13 net house seats despite the fact that you got the most votes in presidential history?
Nothing about the 2020 steal makes sense.

Anybody who thinks Joe Biden got 81 million votes in 2020 is on crack. Literally one month before the election Joe Biden trailed Trump by 30 points on enthusiasm to vote. Then he suddenly comes out of the gate with by far the most votes ever in a presidential election? And despite getting so many votes he lost 13 House seats? How do you get the most votes in history and lose 13 House seats?! I'll tell you. Because you have millions and millions of absentee ballots that only had one vote on them for Joe Biden and none for the congressional candidates. Because they were fake. That's how you have the most votes ever in presidential history and no coattails.
