@wdmorgan2 S1 says I have to do nothing and my shares will automatically be transferred, so why do we keep hearing that we need to make the transfer? If brokers don't transfer and we are not given the same benefits, will we not have a legal case against our broker?

If NBH trades on blockchain, $MMTLP shareholders will miss out, because it will not be trading. Your time to transfer is limited. More brokers are refusing to do so. There is a statute of limitations on this situation and it’s not far off.

So what I still haven't figured out is that the approved S1 said we didn't have to do anything to transfer to AST. Why now are we required to take steps to transfer?

@SmokeyStock From what I understand from the approved S1 is that I would not have to do anything and my shares would be auto transferred. Why should I now have to pay a fee to transfer something that was supposed to be free and automatic?
