🕵️‍♂️ The case for Christianity can show you that the Gospels are true — but knowing the case isn’t the same thing as knowing Christ. In this conversation, we explore why evidence alone can’t save you, and how the Gospel itself has the real power to transform hearts. 💔➡️❤️ youtube.com/watch?v=GaeLEB…

J. Warner Wallace addresses the problem of evil effectively by showing it does not disprove God but fits within a biblical worldview. A loving God permits suffering because genuine love requires free will—creatures must choose obedience or rebellion. Adam's sin introduced imperfection, death, and a cursed creation (Gen 3:17-19; Rom 5:12), making suffering a consequence of human rebellion, not divine cruelty. Jehovah is all-powerful and all-loving, yet allows temporary evil to respect free moral agency and achieve greater goods, like refining faith and drawing people to repentance (Rom 8:28). Scripture shows Jehovah does not cause evil but permits it temporarily until He eradicates it forever. Death and suffering stem from sin, not God's nature. Jesus' death on Nisan 14, 33 C.E., demonstrates God's love: He sent His Son to atone for sin (John 3:16), conquering death through resurrection. The future paradise earth for most righteous ones (Rev 21:3-4) ends all pain—no more death, mourning, or pain—after Christ's return and 1,000-year reign. Evil's temporary presence highlights human responsibility and magnifies Jehovah's justice and mercy in resolving it. The problem of evil points to sin's origin, not God's absence.
