Barrel Drag Backside View 👀 Ain’t nothing but a chicken wing 🤣… The trail arm does make a downward move (shoulder adduction) but… done too early ❌ done to late 👎, Or without proper posture ❌… It is going to kill your power and your path… You gotta “corner.” This is a common struggle and I venture to imagine some hitters watching this video could really tighten that up. @thickgripbat always helps me maximize a better feel. Want to have more timing window? Want to hit the ball harder while swinging easier? Want to maximize adjustability against different pitches?
