@saint0r My oldest never really got it until he got to the point where he wasn’t guaranteed a spot on a team. As his opportunities to continue playing have dwindled, his motivation to work has increased.

@jwharber Sounds similar to what I try to do, but I just start feeling more invested than they are. One hand says it's normal for a 10 yr old. Other hand starts to feel I'm pushing too hard.

How do you motivate your kid to get better at the things they want to get better at without pushing too hard? Having difficulty finding that line.

@jbo911 @sc0nesandc0ffee They’ll all play on your PS5. If you attach an external hard drive to the PS5 you can store and play PS4 games directly from it. That way they won’t eat up hd space.

@jwharber @sc0nesandc0ffee You know my problem is if I sit down to play a single player game I'll look up and there's the sun coming up. Lol I need to try fallout though. The PS4 is in the basement too though

@sc0nesandc0ffee I haven't beaten it, but I haven't actually tried either. I'm just trying to run my backup characters through a deep dive and I can't because the two blueberries want to go run that. It's really annoying.

I’ve held off on saying anything for a week now but the exotic mission is a miss for me. Got the weapon day one, but the replay-ability is nonexistent for me. It felt like a chore. The design and idea is amazing. But it’s not actually fun (for me) to interact with.
