Lots of new followers here, so I want to re-introduce myself.
11 years ago I started a healthy fast-casual restaurant in Tampa, FL. Once we got the numbers dialed in, we worked on making it replicable (scalable). 4 years ago we started franchising it with SBA loans.
We have 20 locations open and 11 more units signed and slated to open in 2024 / QTR1 2025.
I’m 37, married, have a 16 month old daughter and another one on the way (Aug 27th due date).
I post mainly SMB and restaurant lessons I’ve learned along the way.
