Completed a 6 week intervention on reframing the stress mindset construct at Doncaster Knights to aid performance under pressure. Based on principles of REBT and working on creating imagery scripts. Huge thank you to Tyson Lewis,Joey Ford and the players who were fantastic 😀🏉
