@joe_sartor @cash_money_cane You can and will believe what you want, I could send you evidence that the prosecutor stated on the record that Ray wasn't a suspect for murder and you'd still believe he was the main perpetrator. Hate on, amigo, and good day.

@jwwalter1 @cash_money_cane Yes, you must be right. People with money & fame who recently won the Super Bowl MVP rarely get preferential treatment in the US court system. Somehow his suit was never recovered on top him changing his story multiple times. I must be imagining things. 🙄

@joe_sartor @cash_money_cane Hmm, you didn't pay attention to Ray's case I see. If he, or anyone, were truly in the crosshairs for murder, they wouldn't be getting plea deals for obstruction with 12 mos. of probation. Carry on.

@NorCalMac @KyleDraperTV He's 63 or 64 and likely tired of traveling 3-4 days a week. Kids are out of school, so doesn't need as much money now. And ESPN always gave him some good college football games in addition to the NBA. So yes, I do think this was his decision.

CAREER UPDATE 🚨🚨 Sunday was my last game as Sacramento Kings play by play announcer. After 6 seasons on the job, my contract is not being renewed. I want to thank all the Kings fans and the people of Sacramento for making me feel welcome. 1/3

@jwwalter1 @cash_money_cane Lmao, you’re right…Lewis didn’t take a plea deal to get murder charges dropped. Irvin was coked out of his mind on national TV just this past year. I’ve actually met Irvin 3 times BTW. Heavily intoxicated two of those times. Don’t really care to meet Lewis, honestly.

@KyleDraperTV Thats such garbage. So much better than Mark Jones. Now that ESPN threw Mark Jones to the side they’re going to get rid of you? Someone who actually lived in Sacramento and was part of the community? Sorry to hear that Draper. You will be missed man.

@Travis1 One. Without Miami you’re missing a blue blood. And you have at least 4 in the top 2 tiers who aren’t what they used to be. Good try though.

@mcuban Just. End. The. Lottery. Every league has tanking, fans get why it's being done and why it works. Most of us don't care how it effects the betting markets, or don't care as much as Adam Silver does.

@wealthissimple @FCartoscelli3 You fire him because he royally screwed the same assignment this year and won't likely do better next year. The idea was, or should have been, to keep the best odds for the draft.

@FCartoscelli3 Perry likely plans to tank for at least another season, maybe more. So why fire a sure thing in Doug Christie? When you're purposely trying to lose, play horrible basketball and look ridiculously inept and embarrassing. You don't fire the best coach in the NBA at those things.

Keegan Murray and Domantas Sabonis never played a game together this season. De'Andre Hunter played two games. Scott Perry cooked last draft. We'll see what he can do this summer with a top-five-ish pick (and some potential trades), then get a clearer picture of Doug's future once next season gets underway. The Kings have played much better since the AS break, and the young players have enjoyed playing under Christie.

@FCartoscelli3 As i said to your colleague, I could not disagree more strongly. We are just repeating the same thing hoping (praying?) for a better outcome. This will kill any momentum the fanbase had for next year.

@MattGeorgeSAC Couldn't disagree more strongly, Matt. it's another lost season. I don't expect much, but we sucked and likely blew this draft. Repeating history sounds like a bad idea.

It's the right call. Much like when the Kings fired Mike Brown, their problem has always been roster construction over coaching. The next chapter for the Kings is player development and establishing an identity. Over the last couple months, Doug has done really well at that.

@JohnCleese Not true, John. The Armchair Admiral is correct and Britain deserves all the credit in the world for the heroic Battle of Britain and all early fighting against the Nazis. The Lend-Lease program helped, but the Brits did the work. But, the US was not that ambivalent abt Hitler.

Isn't it odd that America never realised that Hitler was a very bad man until just a few moments after Pearl Harbor was bombed That was the moment when the penny dropped and America's commitment to Freedom kicked in
Armchair Admiral 🇬🇧@ArmchairAdml

The main reason Britain is not speaking German is the RAF, Royal Navy and British Army. The Army held off the Germans and made it out of Dunkirk, the Navy was far stronger than Germany’s, and the RAF won the Battle of Britain. Wish we’d stop with this bullshit.

@theepicmap Sometimes it’s the best place in the world, other times it flat out sucks. You have to like unpredictable weather, cold weather, tolerate mosquitoes and black flies for most of the year. But when it’s good it’s as scenic as snywhrr, sports and good beer rule, and it’s awesome

@ClarenceWithrs @andrewperloff They don't really have a hard cap in the NBA. Think of this year: if there is no draft Boozer, Dybantza & Peterson aren't thinking about going to Sacramento, Washington or Brooklyn. Maybe Indy for obv reasons, Maybe Dybantza thinks abt Utah, but the other bad teams are screwed.

I’m coming around on an idea to end NBA tanking: Eliminate the Draft. Make everyone manage the cap. Players will go to small markets b/c they want playing time. Simple.
