It’s important to note that these $1.35 warrants bring new capital into the company, they are not simply an issuance of shares without a corresponding inflow of funds. The exercise price of the warrants is $1.35, meaning investors must pay that amount to receive their shares. Each exercised warrant adds fresh capital to our balance sheet, strengthening our position and supporting the continued expansion of our Bitcoin holdings. These warrants also provide investors flexibility rather than pressure. They carry a one-year exercise period, allowing investors to decide when to exercise based on their own timing and conviction. In many transactions, warrants have very short exercise windows that can force investors into near-term decisions. That is not the case here. We maintain an exceptionally clean capital structure, which we believe provides a level of credit quality and ability to be underwritten that is unique in this space. We believe each warrant exercised only enhances that strength. There’s much more ahead and with every step, both our balance sheet and our strategy continue to grow stronger.
