workout & weight loss question because google is confusing me!! i am struggling to get cardio in with this Texas heat 🥵 even a solid walk in is hard for me cause it’s so hot I’m currently doing intermittent fasting with a healthier diet, daily reformer pilates & some weight lifting is that enough or without cardio is it somewhat pointless?
