I don’t see any Rojava or Kurdistan on the map I only see one united and beautiful SYRIA 🇸🇾

NEW: The United States sent guns to the Iranian protesters through the Kurds, President Trump told Fox News. "We sent guns to the protesters, a lot of them," President Trump told me. "And I think the Kurds took the guns."

Has Trump confirmed Iran’s claim that protesters were US-armed? 🔗: aje.news/qavlbg

It is merely a claim by one journalist that Kurds received weapons to transfer to protesters inside Iran. It is unclear how Kurds could realistically deliver weapons to people in the streets of Iran, or how they could even identify which Iranians among the millions are protesters. Even if it were true, the context is unclear, as is the precise way it was explained.

As the daughter of a Peshmerga, I grew up hearing my late father the honorable Mustafa Karadaghi say: “Baghdad, Damascus, Tehran, and Ankara do not agree on much, except on how to persecute the Kurds, destroy them, and ethnically cleanse them.” Time has only made his words more painful and more true. Kurds in Iran, Iraq, Turkey, and Syria have endured denial, bombardment, imprisonment, displacement, and martyrdom for generations. We remember the Peshmerga. We remember the martyrs. We remember the Syrian Kurds, General Mazloum Abdi, the SDF, and the brave women of the YPG and YPJ, who gave so much in the fight against ISIS and for humanity. My father also warned decades ago about water warfare by Ankara and Tehran. He was right. From Sykes Picot to Sèvres to Lausanne, Kurds and Armenians have lived through betrayal, partition, and persecution. Yet neither could be erased. The 2017 referendum proved it again. Nearly 93% voted yes for independence. The Kurdish cause is a human rights cause. Toxic leadership does not build peace. It builds fear, silence, exile, and graves. #Kurds #Kurdistan #Peshmerga #HumanRights #MazloumAbdi #SDF #JusticeForKurds #SavetheKurdAct

@k11rdy You have been invading their land moron. You have to speak arabic. That woman is surely an agent on duty.

@k11rdy Iraqis living in their own country. within their own borders, can speak whatever they want. You gain nothing by learning Kurdish. Try Arabic there are more opportunities in MENA. Seriously, what does someone gain by learning Kurdish?

This Korean woman speaks fluent Kurdish (Badini dialect). She has been living in Zakho for over four years.
