The UOITFA met with the University for over 12 hours today and once again @ontariotech_u refused to accept any of our workload proposals. Today reinforced the need for the University to agree to send our remaining issues to binding arbitration #BindingArbitrationNow #OnStrikeU

👇👇👇This 100%. I'm also a director of a graduate program and I do not see how we keep these programs going if we define teaching (supervision) as research. I also don't know how we'd ever seriously be considered a research-intensive university.
