A woman who identifies herself as a handmaiden of the Kingdom of the Kubala tribe has claimed that Ghàna’s national flag is cursed, alleging that the cürse was placed on the country by its first president, Dr Kwame Nkrumah. According to her declaration, Ghàna will no longer be associated with the national colours of red, yellow, green, or the Black Star. Instead, she said the country will henceforth be defined by the colours green and gold, along with a royal crest. She further proclaimed that Ghanà would become an empire under the Kubala Kingdom and would no longer be governed by a president or traditional chiefs.

The Minister for Communications, Digital Technology and Innovation. Hon. Sam George (@samgeorgegh) surely doesn't want to set such a bad precedent. That any minister or CEO can sack Public Servants who are not Political Appointees because they have links to a Politician. It may interest the Minister to know that Hon. Rashid Pelpuo's wife was at NCA as Director all the 8 years the NPP was in Power. Even NDC Deputy DGs(Political Appointees)at NCA were not sacked by NPP. They stayed till their retirement. Imagine a future NPP Government sacking all Public Servants suspected to be NDC. Is that the Direction the Nation wants to go ?
