@meleepikanair Pallet Town is small and is known for where professor Oak is but also the only trainers we know so far that has made a name of themselves are Ash and Gary so maybe Ash knows he has to represent his town

The one time where a trainer stating what town they're from ends up being relevant for the next series. Seriously though idk why Ash introduces himself like this considering none of the other characters introduce themselves either, and does anyone know where pallet town is?
