Welp it’s gotten to the point that a kid with no college at bats is in the game with 2 elbow guards and an shin guard on the wrong foot… this is a bad look for UMD baseball. Get it figured out @UMDBaseball
Bosses at the blue line. 😎

High High Low truthers rejoice
With the end of the season closing in, HHL will be returning
This includes but not limited to:
•Exit velo comps off the tee (110mph will fall this winter)
•Kneeling yeets
•General tomfoolery for warm ups
•Competition days w/ the noon group.
I’m extremely excited to announce my commitment to play Division 1 baseball at North Dakota State University! I’d like to thank my friends, family, and coaches for the endless support throughout my journey. Go Bison🤘🏻 #rollherd
Kirk Cousins could tell instantly his injury was bad. He probably knew he tore his Achilles right away.
Just as the cart is about to take him to the locker room and with his season over, you can see him look up in a key moment and cheer on his team as they battle for a division win.
I’ll always respect Kirk. Helluva teammate and leader.
Are you kidding @mspairport??? Waiting OVER an hour for our bags due to a ‘broken belt’ with very few updates. No back up? No other options? By now each bag could have been carried out individually. Absolutely horrible!
Cutters and any hybrids of them are always a solid complementary pitch to add into any arsenal.
•Can be used against LHH/RHH
•Bridge the gap from each slider type (sweeper or pure gyro)
•Typically higher in zone % than breaking balls
•Solid option to generate weak contact
Struggling to feel your body sequence itself while throwing?
Don’t try to feel it throwing, instead:
• Hit off a tee, add in a mound if you want
• Go the range and swing the sticks around
• Throw a soccer ball like a discus (added bonus of leveraging the pec)
Go have fun
Looking to get more active on this thing in 2023
So to start, here are some of my basic goals for this year:
-Read 2 books a month
-20 minute+ outdoor walk 6x week (any weather)
-30 minutes of stretching/mobility training 5x week
-1 week no caffeine 4x this year
-1 tweet a day
