@BBCWatchdog @Mattallwright @BBCTheOneShow @Globalworkandtravel have taken £1200 from my son and will now only refund him £430 if he cancels. They say the loss of money is for services provided but they haven't done anything or booked anything as it's for Australia and travel is not permitted!!!
