This is an extremely fair point. So, not only did they spend money for his design, his memories, his lore, all of the animations for the PV WE SAW, but they’ve probably already begun to work on a plethora of other things for him as well which also costs time and money. Also the cat butler ears and tail. It stands to reason that that was their test to make sure Valko actually worked. To me, it sounds like, unless there is actually still stuff going on with the government or other corrupt companies, they spent way too much lines on him NOT to release him. In order to make any comeback at all, they HAVE to. Not only will their revenue continue to tank, but they’ll never recover, likely shutting down servers if it doesn’t have the revenue to support it; which is another reason why it is extremely important to protest this matter. Even if you think it doesn’t affect you, it does.
