🏆 Best Way to use G-SYNC in CS2
I just came across a post on Reddit by u/--bertu and discovered the best way to use GSYNC/VSYNC in CS2. The difference is incredible!
I compared two methods here:
1. G-SYNC, V-SYNC and Reflex Enabled (Valve Official)
2. G-SYNC, V-SYNC Enabled and -noreflex (u/--bertu)
Settings for the 2nd Method:
- Add -noreflex in launch options
- Cap FPS to 225 in Nvidia Control Panel
- Set Low Latency Mode to "On" in Nvidia Control Panel
📊 Avg. FPS and 1% Lows:
Method 1: 224.7, 144.5
Method 2: 225, 223.7 (54% Better 1% FPS)
⏲️ 1% Frametimes(ms):
Method 1: 6.9ms
Method 2: 4.5ms (35% Less Frametime)
📈 Variances (<2 ms):
Method 1: 42.81%
Method 2: 100% (133.59% Better Variance)
I cannot believe my eyes, the difference is day and night. This is by far the best way to use Reflex in CS2. Kudos to u/--bertu once again for sharing this.
