@kaeblck mine started to fade only after i attempted for the 2nd time :// but i think what helped me was to start uni and have a new friend group, having new stuff to focus on and also realising that life goes on and changes helped me to enjoy living in a way x)

i have tried to get in contact with uk mental health services for three nights in a row & i really just don’t know what to do .. I don’t know.
