The first thing all founders/BDs MUST do. I really hate Zoom and believe everyone should use web-based Google Meet instead of Zoom for safety reasons. Nevertheless, some major protocols/VCs that are still behind the times continue to use Zoom, which has resulted in many people around me falling victim to social engineering scams. In busy situations, founders often inadvertently allow pop-ups that appear during screen shared calls. One-click and your hot wallets will be drained. 1. Use Gmeet instead of shitty zoom unless you really have to. 2. If you absolutely must use Zoom, make sure to log into the WEB version of Zoom and enable the setting that blocks remote control requests altogether as a precaution. Despite the fact that countless people have fallen victim to this, Zoom is a company that shows NO interest in security by not enabling this essential setting by default, and even you can't change it in the app—you have to log into the web version to change it. Please, let's delete Zoom.
