SPARTAN LIFE!!!! Let’s goooooooooooo!!!! Both boys and girls won the GAC tournament today. This was the first time ever that a team won both!!!!!!!!!

Couldn’t be more proud of this group right here. From the wrestlers to the coaching staff. We traveled to Battle high school for the Wonder Woman tournament and took third place behind two national powerhouse teams from Ok. Every single wrestler scored points. WOW

Congratulations to this group right here. Came to Kansas City and competed well it the 60 plus team KC Stampede. We took 6th as a team with one champion. Next up Wonder Women. Two grueling tournaments back to back.

At the SLWOA banquet we were honored that our team was awarded the Class 2 team of the year.

State Champions forever. And lost in the amazing ride. @kat_guth and @NevaehS09296441 both won their 100 match of their career. So proud of them and this group

Some VERY nice recognition for @FhcGwrestling, as for the FIRST time in program history, the SPARTANS are ranked #1 in the State Rankings!! The GAC South Conference & GAC Tournament Champs have also won 4 other Tournaments this season!! Keep working hard!! #NotDoneYet

This group went to one of the toughest tournaments in the state The Stampede! Coming home with 7 individual medals and a team trophy taking 3rd only 2.5 points behind last years state champions. Couldn’t be more proud of these tough girls.

151 schools are sending Girls Wrestlers to the Class 1 & Class 2 State Tournament in Columbia and OUR SPARTANS are sending the most of any of them!! TEN hard-working ladies will represent FHC at Mizzou arena on February 24th & 25th!!
