First solana USDC devnet transfer successful: solscan.io/tx/5YdnTKUnW4a… 1) Real Shopify product requires 28.49GBP payment 2) x402 responds with a 0.2849 USDC (rescaled price) request that is then paid to kaimo, where we handle the rest of the purchase. 3) Screenshot shows a visualisation of a purchasing timeline with a Merchant settlement in a local test environment. Now it's time to focus on integrating this workflow fully in the toolset of AI agents.

What happened?
1) kaimo CLI tries to purchase a real product valued 80GBP from a shopify store
2) x402 makes request of payment of 0.8 USDC (scaled USDC/GBP rate down cuz it is a testnet transaction)
3) Client makes a payment of 0.8 USDC, shopify store responses with a cart to be checked out with buyers details and a virtual card provided by kaimo backend.
Looking good so far 🫡

@ZelzeleCrypto @lowfloating @jeetergriffin For the hackathon entry of @EasyA_Kickstart , it will be easier to integrate with Base first. Once I have a working PoC, x402 will allow me to integrate $SOL too. For now, I will remove mentioning of Base in my profile header. Apologies for this on-going confusion.

@lowfloating @jeetergriffin @EasyA_Kickstart @tigfoundation Kickstart launchpad is on Solana. x402's implementation for the purpose of the hackathon is most mature on Base (tech-wise). In principle, it is chain agnostic, that is true!

Thanks for the support so far, it is overwhelmingly positive!
What is next? We participate at the @EasyA_Kickstart hackathon to build x402 stablecoin support. Ideal outcome: Working demo of a stablecoin-based purchase of a real product.
What is after? The vision is for any AI agent to be able to route a purchase order through kaimo without friction (i.e. an AI agent user does not have to leave their A.I. app to make a real world purchase). Agentic payment is taken via a regular credit/debit card (fiat) or stablecoins (x402).
Creator fees will be used to build this (massive thanks).
