After 136 hours and an incredible fluke, I have officially clear checked Benja's Cave Level from 2021. This is by far my hardest clear and likely will be forever, as University starts soon. Imo this is at least #4 on the list, but I could see it being as high as #2.

Upper Echelon by @kain_yb (Uploaded by Me) ID - YLL-WMQ-RNG Definitely the most difficult mental challenge I've had with any grind in this game, also my 2nd hardest clear in my opinion. I'm beyond relieved to have this one done and very glad I was allowed to clear check it :)
