GCV Community Education Series #80 Exchange Low Prices Reflect the Behavior of Pioneers Who Don't Study the White Paper Haha! 😄 Many pioneers complain to the Pi Core Team (CT) because the exchange price is low. While others complain, I bought another 1,403 Pi for about CAD $200. Why? Because I have long-term beliefs in Pi. I take advantage from low price for myself and Pi Network success. If more pioneers follow my behavior, we can activate ecosystem faster . Because I believe many complaints come from misunderstanding and a lack of study. In my opinion, the low exchange market price is not a CT issue. It is also related to the behavior of pioneers who dump Pi on exchanges because they have not studied the White Paper. If pioneers do not study the White Paper, they cannot understand Pi Network's long-term vision. The White Paper is essential reading for every pioneer. Only by studying it can you better understand what CT is trying to build and align your own actions with Pi Network's long-term vision. When more pioneers support that vision by learning, building, educating, using Pi, and contributing to the ecosystem, the network becomes stronger. If pioneers do not study and instead chase rumors, unrealistic expectations, and misleading information, many will become disappointed, keep waiting for someone else to create success, or eventually leave. In my view, one of the biggest challenges is education. As I understand it, Pi Network's gradual migration process is intended to support the long-term health of the ecosystem. A successful currency should be widely distributed and actively used, rather than concentrated in the hands of only a small number of holders. So why do we sometimes feel stuck? Because the community still needs more pioneers whose actions align with the principles described in the White Paper. How do we move forward? Self-learning. Start with the first 10 pages of the White Paper. If you find them difficult to understand, read my educational articles together with the White Paper. They are written to help pioneers better understand its concepts. Many pioneers only know one way to protect their Pi: "Don't lose your passphrase." But there is another risk. Some people spread misleading information, create unrealistic expectations, and encourage emotional reactions. When pioneers become disappointed, some choose to sell their Pi cheaply. Others may then benefit by buying that Pi. Whether intentional or not, misinformation can influence people's decisions. That is why I always say: Education is the best protection.
