When Henry Nowak was stabbed to death, Keir Starmer stayed silent until he was pressured into making a statement by speaker of the house Lindsay Hoyle. This disgusting attack in Edinburgh happens, and there's a statement the next day. Both incidents were appalling acts of violence with no place on our streets. Victims deserve the same level of leadership and condemnation, regardless of who they are. This inconsistency is part of the reason Britain is more divided than ever.
