One thing I love about thrifting dresses is choosing fits I normally wouldn't... like if I were to order online or go to a store I would have way more options & I'd be more picky, but with thrifting, I'm way more open to possibilities so something cool & diff usually results

I never fully understood icing injuries... like wouldn't heat make more sense?? Don't you want better blood flow instead of slowing down what your body is trying to do for you??? Like women have to have it figured out.. why else do we use heat pads for cramps?
