“There is no rule of the Constitution or the law in our country at this time. Instead, it is under the rule of ‘Asim Law’. Asim Munir is the most tyrannical dictator in history and is mentally unstable. The level of oppression during his tenure is unparalleled. His regime showed no regard for women, nor any compassion for children and the elderly. Asim Munir is capable of doing anything to satisfy his lust for power. At this time, the entire country is being run by the orders of one man, Asim Munir, as a result of which morality has been completely buried. Never before have there been mass killings of ordinary citizens. The incidents of May 9th (2023), November 26th (2024), Azad Kashmir, and Muridke stand as the worst examples of the ruthless abuse of power. The way unarmed citizens were fired upon is unimaginable in any civilized society. The atrocities committed against women during Asim Munir’s tenure are also unprecedented. Dr. Yasmin Rashid, an elderly cancer survivor, has been imprisoned merely for refusing to abandon Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. Bushra Begum too has been kept in solitary confinement solely to exert pressure on me. What kind of law is this, where those who renounce PTI are granted amnesty, while those who remain loyal to my ideology face relentless persecution? We prefer death over accepting slavery. Asim Munir is inflicting every form of cruelty upon me and my wife. No political leader’s family has ever been subjected to such treatment. I wish to make it absolutely clear once again: no matter what they do, I will neither bow down nor submit to them. My message to the nation is this: nations that embrace the clear and fearless principle of ‘freedom or death’ cannot be stopped from achieving true independence and progress. Only such principled nations ultimately prevail with honor. I also wish to make it clear that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf will hold no talks either with the Form-47 government or with the Establishment. There is no point in negotiating with a puppet government whose prime minister operates under a policy of ‘I will let you know after asking’. Negotiations are futile also because every time we have engaged in dialogue, the oppression against us has only intensified. All power rests in the hands of one man at this time: Asim Munir, who can go to any extent to extend his hold on power. Decisions regarding any negotiations will be made by our allies in the Tehreek Tahafuz-e-Aain Pakistan: Mehmood Khan Achakzai and Allama Raja Nasir Abbas. All PTI office-bearers, parliamentarians, members of the Insaf Lawyers Forum, and senior lawyers must approach the High Courts and refuse to leave until hearing dates are set, because both my and Bushra Begum’s cases are being deliberately prolonged, with hearings not being scheduled, to ensure that we remain in prison. Everyone knows there is no substance in these cases and that they will eventually collapse; therefore, hearings are intentionally being withheld. I have complete trust in Salman Akram Raja. “ملک میں اس وقت آئین و قانون کی نہیں، عاصم لاء کی حکمرانی ہے۔ عاصم منیر تاریخ کا ظالم ترین ڈکٹیٹر اور ذہنی مریض ہے۔ اس کے دور میں جتنا ظلم ہوا اس کی مثال نہیں ملتی- اس کے دور میں عورتوں کا لحاظ کیا گیا نہ بچوں اور بزرگوں پر رحم کھایا گیا- عاصم منیر اپنی کرسی کی ہوس میں کچھ بھی کر سکتا ہے- اس وقت ملک میں صرف ایک شخص، عاصم منیر کا حکم چل رہا ہے- جسکی وجہ سے ملک سے اخلاقیات کا جنازہ نکل گیا ہے- اس دور میں جس طرح عام عوام کا قتل عام کیا گیا، ایسا کبھی نہیں ہوا۔ 9 مئی، 26 نومبر، آزاد کشمیر اور مریدکے سانحات، طاقت کے اس اندھے استعمال کی بدترین مثال ہیں۔ جس طرح نہتے شہریوں پر گولیاں برسائی گئیں یہ کسی مہذب معاشرے میں سوچا بھی نہیں جا سکتا- خواتین پر جتنا ظلم عاصم منیر کے دور میں ہوا ایسا پہلے کبھی نہیں ہوا۔ ڈاکٹر یاسمین راشد بزرگ اور کینسر سروائیوور ہیں، ان کو صرف اس لیے جیل میں ڈالا ہوا ہے کیونکہ انھوں نے تحریک انصاف چھوڑنے سے انکار کیا۔ بشریٰ بیگم کو بھی صرف اس لیے قید تنہائی میں رکھا ہوا ہے تاکہ مجھ پر دباؤ ڈالا جا سکے۔ یہ کہاں کا قانون ہے کہ جنھوں نے تحریک انصاف چھوڑ دی ان کے لیے عام معافی اور جو میرے نظریات کا ساتھ دیتے رہے ان پر ہر طرح کا ظلم و جبر۔ ہم غلامی قبول کرنے پر موت کو ترجیح دیتے ہیں۔ عاصم منیر مجھ پر اور میری اہلیہ پر ہر طرح کا ظلم کر رہا ہے۔ ایسا ظلم کسی سیاسی رہنما کے اہل خانہ کے ساتھ نہیں کیا گیا۔ میں ایک بار پھر واضح کرنا چاہتا ہوں یہ چاہے کچھ بھی کر لیں نہ ہی میں جھکوں گا اور نہ ہی ان کی بیعت کروں گا۔ میرا قوم کے نام پیغام ہے کہ جو قومیں "یا موت یا آزادی" جیسا دو ٹوک اور بے باک نظریہ اپناتی ہیں انھیں حقیقی آزادی کے حصول اور ترقی سے کوئی نہیں روک سکتا۔ ایسی اصول پسند قومیں ہی سرخرو ہوتی ہیں۔ میں واضح کرنا چاہتا ہوں کہ تحریک انصاف نہ فارم 47 حکومت سے مذاکرات کرے گی نہ اسٹیبلشمنٹ سے۔ ایسی کٹھ پتلی حکومت سے مذاکرات کا تو ویسے ہی کوئی فائدہ نہیں جس کا وزیراعظم ہی "پوچھ کر بتاؤں گا" کے تحت چل رہا ہو۔ مذاکرات اس لئے بھی بے سود ہیں کہ جب بھی ہم نے مذاکرات کئے، ہم پر سختیاں اور ظلم مزید بڑھا دیا گیا۔ اس وقت ساری طاقت ویسے بھی ایک فرد واحد یعنی عاصم منیر کے پاس ہے جو اپنی کرسی کی خاطرکسی بھی حد تک جا سکتا ہے۔ مذاکرات کے حوالے سے فیصلہ ہمارے تحریک تحفظ آئین پاکستان کے اتحادی محمود خان اچکزئی اور علامہ راجہ ناصر عباس کریں گے۔ تحریک انصاف کے تمام عہدیداروں، پارلیمنٹیرنز، آئی ایل ایف اور سینئیر وکلاء کو ہائی کورٹس جانا چاہیے اور وہاں سے تاریخ لئے بغیر نہ اُٹھیں، کیونکہ میرے اور بشری بیگم کے مقدمات کی تاریخیں ہی نہیں دی جا رہیں اور جان بوجھ کر مقدمات کو طوالت دی جا رہی ہے تاکہ ہم جیل سے باہر نہ آ سکیں۔ سب جانتے ہیں کہ ان مقدمات میں کچھ نہیں رکھا اور آخر کار انہوں نے زمین بوس ہی ہونا ہے لہٰذا ان کو سماعت کے لیے مقرر ہی نہیں کیا جا رہا۔ سلمان اکرم راجہ پر مکمل اعتماد ہے۔ پارٹی سے متعلق تمام ہدایات اور ملاقات کی لسٹ سلمان اکرم راجہ کے ذریعے ہی بھیجی جائیں گی، سلمان اکرم راجہ کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ تمام ہدایات پر عملدرآمد کروائیں” سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کا اڈیالہ جیل سے اپنی ہمشیرہ سے ملاقات میں پیغام۔۔۔ نومبر 4، 2025

سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کا جیل سے پیغام مورخہ 8 اگست 2024 ۱۔ ۷ مئی کو ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے اپنی پریس کانفرنس میں کہا کہ وہ ۹ مئی پر ہمیں معافی نہیں دیں گے۔ ہمارا موقف بالکل واضح اور دو ٹوک ہے کہ معافی مظلوم نہیں، ظالم مانگتا ہے۔ ۹ مئی کو عدالت کے شیشے توڑ کر مجھے اغوا کیا گیا جسے بعد ازاں سپریم کورٹ نے غیر آئینی اور غیر قانونی اقدام قرار دیا ہے- ہمارے درجنوں کارکنان کو شہید، سینکڑوں کو اغواء اور ہزاروں کو گرفتار کیا گیا، گھروں کے تقدس کو پامال کیا گیا اور صرف سیاسی وابستگی کے جرم میں لوگوں کے کاروبار تباہ کر دئیے گئے۔ اس فسطائیت کے تناظر میں معافی تو مجھ سے اور تحریک انصاف سے مانگنی چاہیے- ۲- میرے بیان کو بلا سیاق و سباق چلایا جا رہا ہے۔ حالانکہ میرا موقف شروع سے وہی ہے کہ ۹ مئی ایک فالس فلیگ آپریشن تھا، جس میں جرم کو چھپانے کے لیے سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج غائب کر دی گئی۔ میرا مطالبہ اب بھی وہی ہے کہ سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج کو منظر عام پر لایا جائے اور اس کی روشنی میں شفاف تحقیقات کروائی جائیں۔ ڈاکٹر یاسمین راشد جو بطور تحریک انصاف کی نمائندہ ۹ مئی کو کور کمانڈر ہاؤس کے باہر موجود تھیں، انہیں متعدد ویڈیوز میں کارکنان کو پرامن رہنے کی ہدایات دیتے سنا جا سکتا ہے- یہ ثابت کرتا ہے کہ ۹ مئی کو ہماری جماعت کا کوئی رہنما توڑ پھوڑ اور جلاؤ گھیراؤ میں شامل نہیں تھا- میری طرف سے میری جماعت اور کارکنان کو ہمیشہ ایک ہی ہدایت ہوتی ہے کہ پاکستان میں جہاں بھی احتجاج کریں پر امن احتجاج کریں۔ کنٹونمنٹ کا علاقہ ہو یا جی ایچ کیو ، ہمیں پاکستان کا آئین یہ حق دیتا ہے کہ ملک میں جب بھی ظلم ہو آپ کہیں بھی جا کر پر امن احتجاج کر سکتے ہیں - اگر شفاف تحقیقات کے نتیجے میں تحریک انصاف سے وابستگی رکھنے والا کوئی رہنما جلاؤ گھیراؤ اور توڑ پھوڑ کے واقعات میں ملوث قرار پایا گیا تو اسے قرار واقعی سزا دی جائے۔ ۳- جیل میں بیٹھ کر پیشگوئی کر رہا ہوں کہ حکومت کے پاس 2 ماہ سے زیادہ وقت نہیں۔ نواز شریف، شہباز شریف اور آصف علی زرداری کے نام ای سی ایل میں ڈالیں، یہ بھاگ نہ جائیں۔ کیسز بنائیں یا جیل میں رکھیں، میں ڈیل کرنے کو تیار نہیں؛ ڈیل وہ کرتا ہے جس نے کوئی جرم کیا ہو-میرا کوئی پیسہ باہر نہیں پڑا نہ کوئی جائیداد،میں نے سارے کیسز لڑے ہیں، مزید بھی لڑوں گا،مجھ پر اور میری اہلیہ پر کیسز کرنے کا مقصد پی ٹی آئی کو توڑنا تھا۔ ۴- مذاکرات کی خواہش کو کمزوری سے تعبیر نہ کیا جائے۔ میرے لیے میرا ملک پاکستان مقدم ہے اور اسی کے سیاسی و معاشی مفاد کے لیے میں کشیدگی میں کمی کا حامی ہوں۔ مذاکرات مشروط اور اصل فیصلہ سازوں سے ہی ہونگے۔ حکومت میں موجود ریلو کٹے اپنے اقتدار کو دوام دینے کے لیے ملکی مفاد کو داؤ پر لگانا چاہتے ہیں۔ یہ ریلو کٹے فوج کو ورغلاتے ہیں کہ تحریک انصاف کو ختم کر دو۔ کیا ۹۰% عوام کی نمائندہ جماعت کو ختم کرنا ممکن ہے؟ جو بھی یہ خواب دیکھ رہا ہے، اسے تاریخ سے سبق سیکھنا چاہیے۔ ۵- جس طرح مغربی عدالتوں نے اسرائیل کو فلسطینیوں کی نسل کشی کی کھلی اجازت دی ہوئی ہےاسی طرح قاضی فائز عیسٰی نے ریاست کے ساتھ ہم پر ظلم کرنے میں مکمل شراکت داری کی ہے اور ان کا اس ظلم اور فسطائیت میں پورا پورا ساتھ دیا ہے- اسی تعصب اور انصاف کی عدم فراہمی کی بنیاد پر ہم نے کافی عرصے سے قاضی فائز عیسٰی کی میرے مقدمات سے علیحدگی کی درخواست دے رکھی ہے۔ آٹھ فروری کے انتخابات میں بھی ہماری پارٹی سے بلے کا نشان چھین کر قاضی فائز نے جس طرح پی ڈی ایم اور الیکشن کمیشن کی سہولت کاری کی ہے وہ سب کے سامنے ہے- 1/2

میرا اپنی پوری قوم، اپنے کارکنان اور پارٹی قیادت کو پیغام ہے کہ آپ کا کپتان آج بھی سینہ تان کر کھڑا ہے، آپ نے گھبرانا نہیں ہے۔ پارٹی کے رہنماؤں اور کارکنان کو 5 اگست کے بعد، 14 اگست کو بھی ملک بھر میں نکلنے پر خراج تحسین پیش کرتا ہوں۔ حالیہ احتجاجی تحریک کے نتیجے میں ہوئی گرفتاریاں ہوں یا 9 مئی فالس فلیگ پر کینگرو کورٹس کی غیرمنصفانہ سزائیں، یہ فسطائیت ہے مگر اس سب کے باوجود آپ نے کسی صورت حوصلہ نہیں ہارنا۔ ظلم و بربریت کے اس طوفان کے سامنے ڈٹ جانا ہے۔ میں خود اس جیل کی کال کوٹھڑی میں قید رہ کر بھی اپنی قوم کی حقیقی آزادی کی جنگ لڑ رہا ہوں، اور جب تک اپنی قوم کو غلامی کی زنجیروں سے آزاد نہیں کروا لیتا، اسی طرح ڈٹ کر کھڑا رہوں گا۔ مجھ پر ایک بار پھر مکمل طور پر قید تنہائی نافذ کر دی گئی ہے۔ اہل خانہ اور وکلا سے بھی ملاقات بند کروا دی گئی ہے۔ جبکہ بیرونی دنیا اور حالاتِ حاضرہ سے بے خبر رکھنے کے لئے ہر ذریعہ معلومات، چاہے وہ ٹی وی ہو یا اخبار، مکمل طور پر بند کر دیا گیا ہے۔ یہی غیرانسانی سلوک بشریٰ بی بی کے ساتھ بھی روا رکھا جا رہا ہے-ہماری ملاقات بھی بند کروا دی جاتی ہے- میرے اہل خانہ کی طرف سے بھیجی گئی درجنوں کتابوں میں سے گزشتہ دو ماہ میں صرف چار کتابیں فراہم کی گئیں، باقی سب ضبط کر لی گئیں۔ ذاتی ڈاکٹر تک رسائی بھی طویل عرصے سے بند ہے تاکہ صحت کا میرا بنیادی انسانی حق بھی سلب کر لیا جائے۔ ہم نے کسی بھی صورت ظلم اور جبر کے سامنے سر نہیں جھکانا۔ یاد رکھیں! اندھیری رات جتنی بھی طویل ہو، اس کی صبح ضرور طلوع ہوتی ہے۔ اس ظلمت کی رات کا خاتمہ قریب ہے، انشاءاللہ انصاف اور آزادی کا سورج جلد طلوع ہو گا- ملک بھر میں طوفانی بارشوں اور سیلابی صورتحال سے قیمتی انسانی جانوں کا ضیاع انتہائی افسوسناک ہے- اس مشکل وقت میں تمام قوم کو بڑھ چڑھ کر ریسکیو اینڈ ریلیف مہم کا حصہ بننا چاہیے-“ چئیرمین تحریک انصاف عمران خان کا اپنی قانونی ٹیم سے ملاقات کے دوران پیغام (19-08-2025)

Message from Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan, during a meeting with his legal team - 19 August 2025 “My message to the entire nation, to my workers and to the party leadership is that your captain is still standing tall with his head held high. Have no fear. I pay tribute to the party leaders and workers who, after the 5th of August demonstrations, once again took to the streets across the country on the 14th of August. Whether it is arrests carried out during the recent protest movement, or the unjust sentences handed down by kangaroo courts in cases related to the false-flag events of May 9th (2023), this is fascism. Despite this, you must not lose courage in any circumstances. You must stand steadfast in the face of this storm of oppression and brutality. Even while confined to a solitary confinement cell in this prison, I am fighting for the true freedom of my nation, and I will continue to stand firm until I free my people from the chains of slavery. I have yet again been placed under complete isolation. Meetings with my family and lawyers have been suspended. In order to keep me entirely cut off from the outside world and unaware of current affairs, every source of information, whether television or newspapers, has been completely blocked. The same inhumane treatment is being meted out to Bushra Bibi; even our meetings are prohibited. Out of the dozens of books sent by my family, only four have been provided to me in the last two months; the rest have been confiscated. Even access to my personal doctor has long been denied, such that my basic right to healthcare has also been taken away. We must not, under any circumstances, bow our heads down before tyranny and oppression. Remember: No matter how long and dark the night may be, dawn is certain to break. The end of this night of oppression is near. God willing, the sun of justice and freedom will soon rise. The loss of precious human lives throughout the country due to the torrential rains and flooding is extremely tragic. The entire nation must actively participate in the rescue and relief efforts during this difficult time.”

“عاصم منیر میں طاقت کی بہت بھوک ہے اسی لیے اس نے بدترین آمریت قائم کر رکھی ہے۔ مجھ سے معافی کا مطالبہ کرنے کی بجائے عاصم منیر کو مجھ سے معافی مانگنی چاہیئے- نو مئی اسی نے کروائی جس نے سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج چرائی۔ اس وقت نو مئی عاصم منیر کی انشورنس پالیسی ہے۔ ملک میں ہائبرڈ سسٹم نہیں عاصم منیر کی ڈکٹیٹرشپ قائم ہے، اسی لیے ٹرمپ نے شہباز شریف کی بجائے عاصم منیر کو بلایا۔ فسطائیت اور جبر میں تمام حدود پار کرتے ہوئے میرے خاندان کے غیر سیاسی لوگوں کو مسلسل نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہے۔ میرے دو بھانجوں شاریز خان اور شیر شاہ کو بھی اغواء کر لیا گیا حالانکہ ان کا سیاست سے کوئی تعلق نہیں۔ میرا بھانجا شاریز خان جو ایک بہترین ایتھلیٹ ہے اسے بھی اٹھا لیا گیا۔ مجھے مکمل طور پر قید تنہائی میں رکھا گیا ہے۔ تین ماہ میں میری محض تین ملاقاتیں کروائی گئی ہیں، میرے وکلأ اور اہل خانہ تک سے ملاقات کئی کئی ماہ روک دی جاتی ہے۔ یہ سب کچھ مجھ پر دباؤ ڈالنے کے لیے کیا جا رہا ہے۔ میرے ساتھ آٹھ ماہ سے بشرٰی بیگم کو بھی قید تنہائی میں رکھا گیا ہے۔ ایسا سلوک عورتوں کے ساتھ پاکستان کی تاریخ میں کبھی نہیں کیا گیا۔ یحیٰی خان نے بھی ایسا نہیں کیا- فیصل واوڈا جو اسٹیبلشمنٹ کا ترجمان ہے اس نے بشرٰی بیگم کے حوالے سے بیانات دئیے کہ وہ مجھ سے علیحدگی اختیار کر لیں گی۔ بشرٰی بیگم پر دباؤ ڈالا گیا کہ مجھ سے علیحدگی اختیار کر لیں مگر وہ میرے ساتھ کھڑی رہیں- اس سے پہلے جب عاصم منیر کو DG ISI کے عہدے سے ہٹایا تو اس نے زلفی بخاری کے ذریعے بشرٰی بیگم سے رابطے کی کوشش کی، لیکن انہوں نے انکار کر دیا، اسی لیے آج ان کے ساتھ یہ بدترین سلوک کیا جا رہا ہے۔ انہیں قید تنہائی میں رکھا گیا ہے۔ ان کو خراب حالات میں رکھے جانے پر کرنٹ لگ چکا ہے اور زخم آ چکے ہیں۔ ان کو استعمال کے لیے گندا پانی دیا جاتا ہے۔ ان پر ہر طرح کا ظلم جاری ہے۔ یہ سب کچھ عاصم منیر کروا رہا ہے- اس میں نہ کوئی اخلاقیات ہیں اور نہ اسلام کی سمجھ ہے- عاصم منیر کے لیے میرا پیغام ہے کہ مجھ پر دباؤ بڑھانے کے لیے چاہے میرے خاندان میں سے جس مرضی کو قید میں ڈال دو میں نہ جھکوں گا نہ اس ظلم کو قبول کروں گا۔ میں اپنی حقیقی آزادی کی جدوجہد ہر حال میں جاری رکھوں گا۔ عاصم منیر پاکستان کے ساتھ وہ کر رہا ہے جو محسن نقوی نے کرکٹ کے ساتھ کیا ہے۔ عدلیہ تباہ، میڈیا خاموش اور پولیس سے ایسے کام کروائے جا رہے ہیں جس سے وہ کریمینالائز ہو چکی ہے۔ ایسا تو یحیٰی خان کے دور میں بھی نہیں ہوا۔ پولیس کو تحریک انصاف کے لوگوں کے خلاف استعمال کیا جا رہا ہے جس کی وجہ سے ملک میں جرائم کی شرح بڑھ گئی ہے، ملک میں بے روزگاری عروج پر ہے، ایس آئی ایف سی سے معشیت ٹھیک نہیں ہوتی بلکہ عوام کے اعتماد اور قانون کی حکمرانی سے ٹھیک ہوتی ہے۔ ان چوروں کو ہم پر مسلط کر دیا گیا ہے جن کی کرپشن اور منی لانڈرنگ کے ثبوت مجھے خود ISI دیتی رہی ہے۔ جو شخص بھی تحریک انصاف چھوڑ دیتا ہے اس کے سارے کیس معاف کر دئیے جاتے ہیں۔ جب بھی ڈکٹیٹرشپ آتی ہے ججز کو ساتھ ملا کر ہی نظام پر قابض ہوتی ہے۔ اس وقت بے ضمیر ججز کی وجہ سے پاکستان میں قانون کی حکمرانی مکمل ختم ہو چکی ہے۔ 26ویں آئینی ترمیم کے بعد عدلیہ بالکل ہی غلام بن چکی ہے۔ بے ضمیر ججز انسانی حقوق کی پامالی کے خلاف ایکشن نہیں لے رہے۔اگر ہمارے ججز ضمیر کے ساتھ کام کرتے، پاکستان کے لوگوں کو انصاف دیتے، ان کو خوف ہوتا کہ یوم محشر اللہ کو حساب دینا ہے تو یہ جو ظلم جو ہو رہا ہے یہ کبھی نہ ہوتا۔ اس ظلم و نا انصافی میں یہ بےضمیر جج برابر کے مجرم ہیں۔ 1/2

“Asim Munir has an insatiable hunger for power, which is why he has imposed the worst form of dictatorship. Instead of demanding that I apologize, Asim Munir should apologize to me. The events of May 9th (2023) were orchestrated by the same person who stole the CCTV footage. At present, May 9th has become Asim Munir’s insurance policy. It is not a hybrid system that is in place in our country, but the dictatorship of Asim Munir. That is precisely why (President) Trump invited him instead of Shehbaz Sharif. In their extreme fascism and oppression, they continue to target non-political members of my family. My two nephews, Shahrez and Shershah Khan, have been abducted despite having no involvement in politics. My nephew Shahrez Khan, who is an excellent athlete, was forcibly taken away. I am being held in complete solitary confinement. Over a period of three months, I have been allowed only three meetings. Even meetings with my lawyers and family are blocked for months at a time. All of this is being done to pressure me. For the past eight months, my wife, Bushra Bibi, has also been held in solitary confinement. Such treatment of women is unprecedented in the history of Pakistan, not even under Yahya Khan. Faisal Vawda, who acts as a mouthpiece of the establishment, issued statements that Bushra Bibi would seek separation from me. She was pressured to do so, but she stood firmly by my side. Previously, when Asim Munir was removed from the post of DG ISI, he attempted to contact Bushra Bibi through Zulfi Bukhari, but she refused. That is why she is being subjected to such cruel treatment today. She is kept in solitary confinement under deplorable conditions, where she has suffered electric shocks and physical wounds. She is provided polluted water to use. Every form of cruelty is being inflicted upon her. Asim Munir is behind all this. He has neither morality nor an understanding of Islam. My message to him is this: no matter which member of my family you imprison to increase pressure on me, I will neither bow down nor accept this tyranny. I will continue my struggle for Haqeeqi Azadi (genuine freedom), no matter what. Asim Munir is doing to Pakistan what Mohsin Naqvi has done to cricket. The judiciary has been destroyed, the media silenced, and the police forced into actions that have criminalized the institution itself. Even during Yahya Khan’s era, such circumstances did not exist. The police are being used against the members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), which has led to a rise in crime across the country. Unemployment is at its peak. The economy cannot be fixed by the SIFC, but through public confidence and the rule of law. Criminals have been imposed upon us, despite the fact that ISI had itself shared with me evidence of their corruption and money laundering. All cases against anyone who left PTI were immediately forgiven. Whenever dictatorship takes hold, it does so by colluding with judges. If our judges acted upon their conscience, provided justice to the people of Pakistan, and feared accountability before Allah on the Day of Judgment, then such tyranny would never have been possible. "Ali Amin Gandapur should petition the Supreme Court for permission to meet me. Earlier, during the budget process, no meetings or consultation took place with me. Ali Amin must come and brief me on governance, law and order, and other important provincial matters. For this, efforts must be made at every forum, including the Supreme Court. I emphasize once again that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government must take a strong stand against the federal government’s military operations and drone strikes against our own citizens. During our tenure, peace had returned to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the tribal areas, and not a single drone strike took place. Now, the situation is being deliberately worsened in order to weaken the only party with a genuine public mandate. Military operations are not the solution for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the tribal areas. Their issues should be resolved through dialogue with the help of local representatives. Drone strikes and military operations only increase terrorism. These operations neither have the support of the people, nor of local representatives, nor of political parties. How can such operations ever succeed? I am ashamed of the treatment meted out to Afghan refugees. They are our Muslim brothers who had taken refuge here, and to expel them in such a humiliating manner is against both Islamic tradition and humanity. The recent sentences handed down by the Faisalabad court to 75 of our members and workers in yet another false case expose this oppressive system even further. We must all stand united against this tyranny. Victory will be our destiny when we resist together. In my opinion, contesting by-elections on the seats vacated through the false convictions in the May 9th cases would be tantamount to legitimizing these fabricated sentences. Therefore, the party should deliberate on this matter and present its final recommendations to me tomorrow. The seat of Hammad Azhar, however, has fallen vacant following the demise of Mian Azhar. We will contest the election on that seat. A grand rally will be held in Peshawar against the ongoing oppression and fascism across the country, the date of which will be announced by the party. Severe floods in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan have caused massive destruction, claiming hundreds of precious lives and affecting millions of people. It was for combatting such impacts of climate change that I initiated projects like the Billion Tree campaign. Only such projects can save our environment. “I appeal to the people of Pakistan to take part, with their customary zeal, in the ongoing rescue and relief efforts amidst the tragic floods engulfing the country. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf will also play its role for the flood-affected without any discrimination. I have always endeavored to raise awareness regarding climate change and the devastation it brings. Earlier, we launched the “Billion Tree Project” in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and upon coming into the federal government, initiated the “Ten Billion Tree Project.” Alongside this, we began work on several vital environmental protection initiatives, including small, medium, and large-scale dams as well as national parks, which have helped mitigate ecological destruction. Trees are the true guardians of the environment. Rapid progress on such projects must be made a national priority. My heart is deeply grieved by the loss of lives and devastation caused by the earthquake in Afghanistan. We stand firmly with our Afghan brothers in this hour of trial. I also express profound concern and sorrow over the forced expulsion of Afghans from Pakistan. Drone strikes and military operations against our own people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must come to an immediate halt. Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and the provincial government must vigorously resist such actions. Those regions are already reeling under the destruction of floods; in such circumstances, launching operations, drone attacks, or displacements is akin to rubbing salt into fresh wounds. In light of my directions, the decision of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to boycott the by-elections is commendable. The candidates who have withdrawn their nomination papers also deserve appreciation, as do the members who have resigned from the parliamentary committees. I further instruct them that if they have any vehicles or privileges still in use, they must return them immediately. The final date of the Peshawar rally shall be decided in consultation during September, keeping in view the flood situation. For three years, despite enduring oppression and coercion, and despite being on the side of truth, I called for dialogue in the national interest. Yet, political vengeance was taken to its extreme against me and my family. Our people were fired upon with live bullets, and even our Opposition Leader in the Parliament was disqualified. No space for dialogue remains after such actions. “لوگوں کے مینڈیٹ پر ڈاکہ ڈالنے والے خوف میں مبتلا ہیں۔ اسی خوف کے باعث ہم پر ظلم بڑھایا جا رہا ہے۔ مجھے اور میری اہلیہ کو قید تنہائی میں رکھا گیا ہے۔ ہمیں صرف اس امید کے ساتھ ذہنی اذیت دی جا رہی ہے کہ میں ٹوٹ جاؤں اور اپنے نظرئیے سے پیچھے ہٹ جاؤں۔ مجھے توڑنے کی کوشش کا مقصد عوام کی آواز دبانا ہے۔ یہ وہی طرز عمل ہے جو سقوط ڈھاکہ کے وقت یحیٰی خان کا تھا۔ اس نے بھی صرف اپنے اقتدار کی طوالت کی کوشش میں اندھا ہو کر عوامی آواز کو دبانے کے لیے ہر قسم کی فسطائیت بپا کی اور بالآخر ملک کو توڑ دیا۔ یہ ساری تفصیلات حمود الرحمان کمیشن رپورٹ میں موجود ہیں۔ عاصم منیر بھی اپنے اقتدار کو طول دینے کے لئے ملک میں ظلم کر رہا ہے اور ملک کو کمزور کر رہا ہے۔ 1971 اور موجودہ دور میں بہرحال فرق صرف یہ ہے کہ آج عوام باشعور ہے۔ سوشل میڈیا نے تمام حقائق عوام پر واضح کر دئیے ہیں اور عوام ظلم کے خلاف اپنے حقوق کے لیے کھڑا ہونا سیکھ چکی ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے یہ ظلم کا نظام جلد ختم ہو کر رہے گا۔ وقت آ گیا ہے کہ عوام کی آواز سنی جائے۔ ملک میں سیلاب کی وجہ سے ہر جانب تباہی ہے۔ پاکستان کی معیشت پہلے ہی تباہ حال ہے اب سیلاب کی وجہ سے لوگوں کی فصلیں، مال مویشی سب ڈوب گئے ہیں۔ جس سے زرعی معیشت مکمل تباہ ہو گئی ہے اور اس کا اثر پورے ملک پر پڑے گا۔ ایسے میں اہم ہے کہ سیلاب زدہ علاقوں کی امداد کے لیے بلا تفریق سب اپنا کردار ادا کریں۔ اگر میں جیل سے باہر ہوتا تو اس مقصد کے لیے ضرور ٹیلی تھون اور فنڈ ریزنگ کرتا۔ محض حکومتی ادارے اتنی بڑی آفت کا مقابلہ نہیں کر سکتے بلکہ ہر ایک شخص کو اپنا حصہ ڈال کر من حیث القوم اس کا مقابلہ کرنا ہو گا۔ مستقبل میں سیلاب کی تباہ کاری سے بچنے کے لیے ہنگامی بنیادوں پر زیادہ سے زیادہ شجر کاری کرنا ہو گی۔ بلوچستان میں اختر مینگل کے والد کی برسی پر حملے کی شدید مذمت اور اختر مینگل سے اظہار تعزیت کرتا ہوں۔ بلوچستان کے حالات دن بدن خراب ہوتے جا رہے ہیں کیونکہ وہاں پر عوامی نمائندگان کو حکومت کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دی جاتی۔ 8 ستمبر کو محمود اچکزئی کی ہڑتال کی کال پر تحریک انصاف بھر پور شرکت کرے۔ بلوچستان کی عوام کو دہشتگردی اور ہائبرڈ ماحول سے نجات ملنی چاہیے۔ خیبر پختونخوا میں تحریک انصاف کی حکومت کو کمزور کرنے کے لیے وہاں آپریشن کا آغاز کیا گیا ہے جسے خیبرپختونخوا حکومت کو فوری طور پر بند کروانا ہو گا۔ علی امین گنڈا پور کو خصوصی ہدایت کرتا ہوں کہ صوبے کی عوام پہلے ہی سیلاب کی وجہ سے متاثر ہیں لہٰذا اس آپریشن کے خلاف بھرپور مزاحمت کر کے اسے رکوائیں۔ قبائلی اضلاع میں ہونے والے ڈرون حملے بند کروانا خیبرپختونخوا حکومت کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ عوام کی جان و مال کا تحفظ ہماری حکومت کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ افغانستان میں زلزلے پر میرا دل بہت رنجیدہ ہے اور مجھے دکھ ہے کہ ہم اپنے مسلمان بھائیوں کو زبردستی ملک سے باہر نکال رہے ہیں جبکہ مشکل کی اس گھڑی میں ہمیں ان کے ساتھ کھڑا ہونا چاہیئے۔ خیبرپختونخواہ حکومت کو بھی اپنے افغان بھائیوں کی مدد کرنی چاہیے-“ سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کی اڈیالہ جیل میں اہل خانہ اور وکلأ سے گفتگو (5 ستمبر، 2025)

“Those who stole the people’s mandate are gripped by fear. It is because of this fear that oppression against us is intensifying. My wife and I are being held in solitary confinement. We are being subjected to mental torture in an attempt to break my resolve and make me abandon my ideology. The goal of these attempts to break me is nothing but to suppress the voice of the people. Yahya Khan had adopted this very approach at the time of the Fall of Dhaka.Blinded by his lust to prolong his rule, he unleashed every form of fascism to suppress the people’s voice, and ultimately broke the country apart. All of this is documented in the Hamood-ur-Rehman Commission Report. Today, Asim Munir is also resorting to oppression to extend his rule, making the country weaker. However, the difference between 1971 and the situation today is the awareness among the masses. Social media has unveiled all the truths before the nation, and the people have learned to rise for their rights against tyranny. That is why this oppressive system will soon crumble. It is time for the people’s voice to be heard. The country is facing widespread devastation due to floods. Pakistan’s economy was already in shambles, and now,as a result of the extensive flooding, people’s crops and livestock have been destroyed. This has wiped out the agricultural economy and its effects will be felt across the entire nation. In such circumstances, it is essential that relief efforts in flood-affected areas be carried out without discrimination, with everyone playing their part. If I were not in prison, I would certainly have organized a telethon and fundraising campaign for this cause. Government institutions alone cannot tackle a disaster of this scale; every citizen must contribute so that we may confront it collectively as a nation. To prevent future destruction from floods, large-scale plantation of trees must be undertaken urgently. I strongly condemn the attack on the death anniversary of Akhtar Mengal’s father in Balochistan and extend my condolences to him. The situation in Balochistan is deteriorating with each passing day because the people’s elected representatives are not allowed to govern. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf must fully participate in Mehmood Achakzai’s call for strike on September 8th. The people of Balochistan deserve to be freed from terrorism and the hybrid system imposed upon them. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, an operation has been launched to weaken the government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. The provincial government must immediately put an end to it. I give special instructions to Ali Amin Gandapur that since the people of the province are already suffering due to the floods, this operation must be firmly resisted and stopped. It is the responsibility of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to halt the drone strikes occurring in the tribal districts. Safeguarding the lives and property of the people is the duty of our government. The earthquake in Afghanistan has left my heart deeply grieved, and I am pained that at a time of such hardship, we are forcibly expelling our Muslim brothers from the country. In this difficult hour, we should be standing with them. “میں “لا الہ الا اللہ” کا ماننے والا ہوں۔ یہ کلمہ انسان کو ہر قسم کے خوف اور غلامی سے آزادی دیتا ہے- میری زندگی اللہ کے ہاتھ میں ہے عاصم منیر کے ہاتھ میں نہیں۔ ہمارا ایمان ہی ہماری ”حقیقی آزادی“ کا ضامن ہے، کیونکہ یہ کلمہ انسان کو خوف کی زنجیریں توڑنے کی قوت فراہم کرتا ہے۔ مجھے توڑنے کی کوشش میں مجھے مسلسل قید تنہائی میں رکھا جا رہا ہے، ایک سال سے میرے ذاتی ڈاکٹر کو معائنے کی اجازت نہیں دی گئی، کئی کئی ہفتے تک اخبارات اور ٹی وی بند کر دئیے جاتے ہیں، فیملی ممبران اور وکلا تک کو ملنے سے روکا جاتا ہے- ڈیڑھ سال سے سیاسی رفقأ سے ملاقات نہیں ہونے دی گئی- عاصم منیر کے لیے میرا پیغام ہے کہ مجھ پر دباؤ بڑھانے کے لیے چاہے میرے خاندان میں سے جس مرضی کو قید میں ڈال دو میں نہ جھکوں گا نہ اس ظلم کو قبول کروں گا۔ میں اپنی حقیقی آزادی کی جدوجہد ہر حال میں جاری رکھوں گا۔ عاصم منیر افغانستان کی موجودہ حکومت کی مخالف لابی کو خوش کرنے کی کوشش میں کم عقلی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے ہمارے دور میں خطے میں قائم ہونے والے امن کو تباہ کر رہا ہے۔ جہاں ہمارے بہترین تعلقات ہونے چاہییں وہاں جان بوجھ کر حالات خراب کیے جا رہے ہیں- میرا دل اس پر بھی بہت رنجیدہ ہے کہ ہم نے کئی دہائیوں کی مہمان نوازی کے باوجود موجودہ دور میں اپنے افغان بھائیوں کو دھکے دے کر ملک سے باہر نکالا ہے۔ حالانکہ وہاں زلزلہ بھی آیا ہے اور ہمیں ان کی مدد کرنی چاہیئے- علی امین گنڈاپور کو خصوصی ہدایت کرتا ہوں کہ افغانستان جائیں اور ان کے ساتھ جا کر بیٹھیں اور باہمی مسائل اورامن و امان کے حوالے سے بات کریں تاکہ حالات کو مزید بگاڑ سے بچایا جا سکے۔ جعلی وفاقی حکومت کو اس بات کا جواب دینا چاہیے، مریم نواز جاپان اور تھائی لینڈ جا سکتی ہے تو خیبر پختونخوا کا وزیراعلیٰ اپنے صوبے میں امن کے لیے افغانستان کیوں نہیں جا سکتا؟ خیبر پختونخوا میں اپنے ہی لوگوں کے خلاف ملٹری آپریشن، ڈرون حملوں اور علاقوں سے بے دخلی کروانے کا عمل دراصل تحریک انصاف کی عوامی مینڈیٹ سے بننے والی حکومت کو غیر مقبول کرنے کے لیے کیا جا رہا ہے۔ علی امین گنڈا پور کو اس آپریشن کے خلاف بھر پور مزاحمت کرنی چاہیئے۔ صوبے کی عوام پہلے ہی سیلاب سے تباہ حال ہے۔ اگر وہاں ڈرون حملے اور آپریشن نہ رکا تو یہ بہت بڑی زیادتی ہو گی۔ ہمارے کتنے پولیس اہلکار بھی جام شہادت نوش کر چکے ہیں۔ یہ آپریشن جب تک بند نہیں ہو گا، لوگوں کی مشکلات میں مزید اضافہ ہوتا رہے گا اور دہشتگردی مزید بڑھے گی۔ اس وقت پورا ملک سیلاب میں ڈوبا ہوا ہے۔ پنجاب اور خیبر پختونخوا کے سیلاب کی وجہ سے لوگوں کا بہت نقصان ہوا ہے۔ پوری قوم کو یکجا ہو کر اس صورتحال کا مقابلہ کرنا ہو گا۔ میں اگر جیل سے باہر ہوتا تو ضرور فنڈ ریزنگ اور ٹیلی تھون کرتا مگر اب اپنی قوم سے کہتا ہوں کہ وہ بڑھ چڑھ کر اور دل کھول کر ریلیف کے کاموں اور سیلاب متاثرین کی امداد میں حصہ لیں۔ بلوچستان میں سیاسی جلسے پر ہونے والے حملے کے خلاف احتجاج میں پوری تحریک انصاف کو شرکت کرنی چاہیے۔” سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کی اڈیالہ جیل میں گفتگو (8 ستمبر 2025)

“I am a believer in ‘La Ilaha Illallah’ (There is no god but Allah). This declaration liberates a believer from every form of fear and slavery. My life is in the hands of Allah, not in the hands of Asim Munir. Our faith alone is the guarantor of our ‘Haqeeqi Azadi (True Freedom)’, for it grants the strength to break free from the chains of fear. I continue to be held in solitary confinement in an effort to break me. My personal doctors have not been permitted to examine me for one year. Access to newspapers and television is blocked for weeks at a time. Even family members and lawyers are barred from meeting me. I have not been allowed to meet my political colleagues for a year and a half. My message to Asim Munir is this: no matter how much pressure you put on me, or which of my family members you throw into prison, I will neither bow down nor accept this oppression. I will continue my struggle for true freedom, come what may. In an attempt to appease the lobby that opposes the current government in Afghanistan, Asim Munir, in his short-sightedness, is destroying the peace that was established in the region during our tenure. Where there should have been a strong relationship, things are being made worse. It grieves me deeply that after decades of hospitality, our Afghan brothers are now being forcibly pushed out of the country. At a time when Afghanistan has been struck by an earthquake, we ought to be helping them, not expelling them. I direct Ali Amin Gandapur to go to Afghanistan, sit with them, and hold discussions regarding mutual issues and peace and security so that the situation can be prevented from deteriorating further. The sham federal government must answer: if Maryam Nawaz can travel to Japan and Thailand, why should the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa not be able to travel to Afghanistan for peace in his province? The ongoing military operations, drone strikes, and forced displacements of our own people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are, in reality, an attempt to undermine Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s government that was formed with a public mandate. Ali Amin Gandapur must firmly resist this operation. The people of the province are already devastated by floods. If drone strikes and military operations are not stopped, it will be a grave injustice. Already, many of our police personnel have embraced martyrdom. As long as this operation continues, the hardships of the people will increase, and terrorism will intensify further. At this moment, the entire country is submerged in floods. People have suffered immense losses because of these floods in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The whole nation must unite to confront this situation. I would surely be conducting fundraising and telethons if I were not in prison. From here, I call upon my nation to contribute generously and wholeheartedly to relief efforts for the assistance of flood victims.
