#agedcare friends - my dad is often told to wait 30-60mins when he asks to go to the toilet if it coincides with shift changeover or meal service. Is this normal or should I be complaining? He is lifted in a hoist so 2 staff are needed. It feels so undignified to wait so long.

@adampulford hey Adam! I send issues to Merri-Bek council through Snap Send Solve but they never get acknowledged. Is that a channel that the council is using? I end up having to ring if it’s super important, but that takes a while and often provides less info (ie no photo)
