July 7, 2026 - Rotation Keeps the Bull Healthy $MU $SNDK $NBIS $MRVL $ALAB $CRDO $BE $DDOG $DELL Meaningful (~20%) Top Up: $MU I was comtemplating between topping up into $SNDK which was breaking down the 50sma to a horizontal pivot support (early May's peak which has been BO and retested in early June) and $MU which was right above 50sma. At the end I chose to stick with a less crazy $MU with earnings recently released, and which I have last updated my view before the market open. Is this the low? I don't know. I will reassess if there is further crack below 50sma. The equal weighted S&P500 $RSP hits a new ATH today, and the index seems like wanting to go up, despite the recent weakness in the AI hardware/ semiconductors ETF $SMH. People will always complain whether it is only MAG7 driving the index, or MAG7 missing out from the rally, or SEMI not leading the index, or only SEMI leading the index. Remind me what has been driving the bull market since 2024? AI. Semi. Will the story change? Maybe yes maybe not, we can guess and predict all we can, but what's a better tell than the coming quarterly earnings and forecast from $ASML (7/15) and $TSM (7/16), and the hyperscalers on their overall CAPEX spend? While I am comfortable of sitting with TMLs using higher timeframe and profit cushion, some newer and smaller positions lost traction and didn't make it to my hold list, I would rather reconsider them later and focus only on lesser number of names than babysitting them with unrealised losses.
