Sunday thought: Good olive oil, sea salt, and fresh ground black pepper: excellent seasoning for almost everything. It’s enough on meat, fish, poultry, tofu, veggies, salad, bread, potatoes, even (risotto) rice. It’s so worth it to get a really nice olive oil.
