As a character with a lot of backstory and development in the ARG, he shouldn't just be a stalker villain, especially since we already saw that kind of villain in Chapter 1 (Huggy Wuggy)

@kan990213 @sunnysun_12 The secondary villains do all the work here, while the main villain, who was sold as a nightmare creature always breathing down your neck, doesn't even appear for 5 minutes of screen time.
