Nazis even assisted private businesses with forced labor. They also dismantled the state well fare system.

You're now a Boomer who has worked very hard for 40 years and become a multimillionaire from your salary, and stock options and are now being encouraged to move into a tough retirement in the South of France or maybe the Bahamas. Feel so sorry for these people that they're being encouraged to retire and that Microsoft will use their large, freed up compensation in other parts of the business.
