A woman was on her daily jog as she always does, not paying attention she feels a swoosh by her, she looks and sees nothing, she keeps going. Shortly after, it happens again, this time she sees what’s going on, according to her, a huge bird mistaken her for a rodent and is trying to make a meal out of her. If I was running and a bird came at me, I don’t think it would be hard to get away, if anything run into a nearby business and let it pass. I would think if it was a big enough bird it would be aggressive but how often are people being mistaken for rodents?

This week Alon, the co-founder, wiped a token called $ALONHOUSE off the platform because it was using his personal address in Hove as its identity. The token vanished from DexScreener, Solscan, and every Pump.fun connected space within hours. There was no vote, no warning, and no community involved in any part of the decision. And that's when it hit everyone. If you can delete a token because it's personal, you can delete any token for any reason. The memecoin market is not open the way people keep telling themselves it is, it has an owner, and the owner just reminded the entire ecosystem of that fact in real time. Today it was an address. Tomorrow it could be a coin somebody doesn't like, a competitor, a narrative, or a wallet that made the wrong person uncomfortable. Now look, nobody should have their personal address exposed without their consent and that part is genuinely wrong. But using a personal situation to override the entire reason crypto was built in the first place is the bigger conversation nobody wants to have. Decentralization was supposed to be the one thing nobody could touch and it turns out somebody could the whole time.

Woke up to thousands in profit. "Here's the prompt that changed my life." Sounds familiar? That's because it's copy pasted across hundreds of accounts. Different story, but same link at the end. Always. Let me break down exactly why it's fake every single time: The numbers are always absurd. 170x in one night across 94 trades. Quant funds with million dollar budgets can't do that. If someone actually built that edge, they'd be running it quietly and getting rich. Not posting it on Twitter for retweets lol. "Claude did everything itself." No it didn't. Claude is a chatbot. It helps you write code. It does not deploy agents, read live news, or execute trades on Polymarket alone. That needs real infrastructure: APIs, servers, wallets, risk controls. A prompt at 3am doesn't build that. The dashboard in every video looks insane. Green numbers. Black background. P&L only going up (how is this even possible). That interface was generated in Claude in 5 minutes specifically to look convincing. Real trading dashboards are boring spreadsheets and logs. And there's always a link. Paid Telegram or a closed group. The bot story is just the hook to get you to click. That's not a trader, but a marketing funnel. Real edge on Polymarket exists.
