The job duties of a salaried position are the unique elements of that specific contract.
Teachers have Back to School nights and similar, in the same way that an engineer might travel for his/her company.
A salary covers those expectations.

Educators/school staff - have you ever had to spend money for your own child’s care to do an evening event at your school for which you are not paid? Maybe a PTA mtg, parent night, music performance, etc.

Something you don’t expect about weight loss is being so cold all the time. I use to keep my AC on 60 at all times and now it stays on 72
