I'm a bit late posting yesterday's joy but we visited Chester Zoo, I saw a sloth for the first time and had an #icecreamforalexander. I felt really low in the morning but on this occasion I'm glad I forced myself to go. Hard to know what the right decision is sometimes in #grief!

I fell while running on Sunday and hit my head hard. Bit dazed and I definitely have a mild concussion. Made me think lots about kids and bike helmets, we have always insisted on them but recently they have reached an age of trying to push back #nevertoocool #cyclesafety

Drop-in boosters are now available today (27 December) and tomorrow (28 December) at the Royal Welsh Showground. You can drop-in, or book an appointment online at pthb.nhs.wales/book-covid-vac… We are also open for drop-in at Maldwyn Leisure Centre and Bronllys Hospital (same hours).

Just found out I have passed my MSc in Leadership and Management and can not believe it! Monday I start my new role as Transformation Programme Manager in Renwal for @PTHBhealth & just spent 18 months in Mass Vacc working alongside real life hero's! 2021 has finally been my year.
