@Kiara40743836 Your concept map points out an important issue of isolation that can occur with online school that leads to a diminishing effect to your learning. However I found the question you asked very interesting, can we get that in-person feeling in an online setting?

#EM203problems @em203_erinr I thought your concept map was very interesting as it focuses on the impacts of social media on students learning abilities. You highlighted many key factors associated with social media that needs to be addressed.

@EM203meganliu I did the same thing Megan! After learning how each of us process information so differently, I thought about my classes and how I can better take in what my professor is teaching. It not only saves time but also improves results!

After these 3 lessons, I have learned a lot about different learning styles and considered how I can better apply them to my own studying methods. I am also highly addicted to Sudoku now. 🤠 #EM203Robin

@EM203MelissaP I agree! People should try to find the way they learn best and how they can adapt to that learning style. (and i also love Sudoku)

In the first 3 weeks of EM203 I have learned that people learn differently depending on their own learning preferences and the content of the learning. Also, after doing this week’s lesson activity, I learned that I love Sudoku. #EM203Robin

@EM203SBulwa Yes this course has really made me reflect about the ways that I take in information and if the methods I use to learn new information is really the best way I can learn. It is something everyone should consider to optimize their learning!

From learning about the ‘digital age’ in week 1, to learning about constructivist learning theories, and then tying it all together with understanding how we learn IN a digital age, #EM203 has given me some great context into the ways I learn on a day to day basis. #EM203Robin

@EM203ZWang Yes I agree the digital age is changing learning and the way that the classroom will look like in 2030 is a big mystery because of the amount of innovation in technology.

I have really enjoyed EM203 over the past three weeks and have become increasingly interested in the class, which has taught me about the importance of digital time and also how the digital age is changing learning. Next, I will do my best to learn more from EM203!#EM203Robin

@em203_erinr I agree! I used to think that technology only provides benefits to learning as it enables better reach and allows for more variety in learning style (ie.through twitter). However I have recently learned that depending on the learning style, it can also present a lot of challenges

In my first 3 weeks of this course I have learned how learning styles have a great impact on how information is received and processed. I also got to explore Cognitivism in detail. Nice to meet everyone in the course! #EM203Robin
