17% of population is Black
While 28% of the population is Hispanic/Latin
half of that % are Puerto Rican

I was so excited to see @Madonna at @TheGarden last august & bummed when she had to cancel. I filed for a refund as one was offered and six month later have yet to receive my money. @Ticketmaster is acting in bad faith and trying to keep my money. How many others going thru same?
