This week, we successfully processed multiple payouts, some through crypto and others via Rise, as we continue to address issues with Rise payments. Concerning the recent payout delays, our risk department uncovered instances of traders engaging in malicious activities that were initially undetected. Unfortunately, these traders received their payouts before we identified the issues during our manual checks, which was a mistake on our end. To ensure this doesn't happen again, we've strengthened our verification process, and now every payout is being manually reviewed, which has contributed to the delay. We kindly request that you avoid spreading any misinformation or FUD
