citibikes should have turn by turn directions e-bikes already have a screen, the app already has a map with routing, and you wouldn't have to check your phone while riding some of the ~2k accidents last year from distracted biking could've been prevented

@infomeh incredible idea holy shit. having to whip my phone out so often is terrible. i remember the revels (RIP) had that velcro phone pocket hooked onto the handle bar. that was a good start

the citibike app already has an app with routes but it redirects you to apple or google maps
this concept would be citibike app displaying real time directions to your bike so you dont have to use a device

@infomeh Or a place up front to mount a phone. More controversial but build-in detecting handlebars, require both hands on for e-bike mode
