Ophta was one out of the 6 HKL appointments I dreaded the most to go and it was worse when I had to bring someone with me bcs it’s not advisable to go alone. For all 5 appointments in 2 years, each appointment was always 6 hours long wait. Thank god only 6 months followup cuz man

This is the ophtahalmologist clinic in HKL. A queue that is approximately 180 or so odd persons. Inside there isn’t even one seat. Horrendous and horrible beyond imagination. My first thought is how the hospital medical personal have to handle such an overwhelming overflow? 1

I will once again remind ya’ll: AI has been used in games since conception to tell NPCs how to move, what random treasures spawn, etc. GENERATIVE AI is the issue, as all GenAI models thus far unethically pull from copyrighted content without compensation and/or consent.

I don't... have it in me much past few days and even more so today as I found out Ollie... very likely.. has... osteosarcoma (bone cancer). Been holding back tears in the clinic when the vet told me that I think even he noticed it, said "I know. Trust me, I know."
