something interesting I've noticed while doing outreach. if my name is the same as their name in the outreach message I get way more responses. so if I say "hey this is Nathan" then every Nathan in that list responds. I might try just sending a message saying "hey FIRSTNAME, my name is FIRSTNAME Too, crazy. I wanted to see if your interested in _____"

this lawn care company said they are paying $650 CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) for lawn care... that's insane. I told them I could get that down to under $50 easily and all I wanted was a commission. they never called back. crazy.

for the love of skibidi ohio please get a job. I get alot of desperate people looking for a life raft that say "karston I really need your help, I really need this to work, bills are due" trust me ive been there. my solution was just GET A JOB that pays the bills and then go back into business. uber pays like $23 per hour and you can do it whenever you want. you can make 5k/m just doing uber. and most peoples expenses are probably under 3k/m. help yourself. get a job.

NEW AGENCY MODEL: help local service businesses like lawn care get clients by doing direct outreach to homeowners. works better than flyers and ads and its way cheaper. Lawn care is in peak season for getting contracts right now. I talked to 1 company and they said that they spend on average $500 to acquire a customer. You can get it down to less than 50 by doing cold email/sms. your welcome
