@HyperSalesman I hear you, although I think our platform solves for about all of the issues you mentioned above. It's always a work in progress, but I can very comfortably say it's at functional parity and beyond with any point solution equivalent.

You’re 18. So I’ll be gentle:
Raul’s shares the same problem as every non-technical VP of Sales.
He thinks that GTM is only about effort.
(It’s not).
When I led outbound sales at PhoneBurner, I’d sit on 20-30 sales calls each week with sales leaders complaining about low call-to-connect rates.
The difference between a 6% answer rate & a 3% answer rate is not 3%. It’s 200%.

Raul thinks you can get away with an all-in-one solution to scale your GTM.
Let me give you an example as to why this won’t work.
I’m going to pick on Outreach.
Outreach allows you to call, send emails, and create LinkedIn tasks.
Some problems:
1. They use tier 3 phone number providers, so you’re likely to show in spam
2. They don’t allow inbox rotation, so you burn your company domain
3. They don’t integrate with LinkedIn, so you have to manually update tasks
4. They only allow single line dialing, so you’re f*cked if you have a large TAM
5. They don’t have inbox warmup, so new domains crash and burn
I can go on.
Can you have success with all-in-ones?
Yes.
But you sacrifice optimal performance for convenience.
And id much rather have 20 specialized integrated tools > 1 all-in-one.
The difference is massive.

You just listed 10 tools to replace the one thing that actually works. Picking up the phone and saying something relevant. Every tool in your stack is a layer between you and a conversation. The best GTM motion in history was one person who understood the buyer calling them directly.

The doorman fallacy:
Everyone thinks a hotel’s doorman has 1 job.
Opening the door.
Naturally, he’s the first one to be laid off since it’s an unnecessary expense.
1-month later, the hotel starts to get rats, homeless people hang loiter around the entrance, and the customers are less happy.
3-months later, the hotel starts to get back reviews.
6-months later, the hotel realizes the doorman was doing much more than holding the door open.
He was spreading the rat poison, shooing away loiterers, and bringing joy to the customers.
So they re-hire him.
Good on Jack for taking 6 days instead of 6 months to realize this.
But it was foolish to think these people were all replaceable from the start.

Spot on. Volume without strategy is just expensive noise. When we built AvairAI, we focused on making the first 100 messages count, not blasting 100,000. The founders winning at outbound right now are the ones who obsess over targeting and message quality before touching any tool.

Instantly and HeyReach are neat tools but you’re delusional if you think they’ll take you from $0 to $1,000,000 overnight.
You’ve been lied to.
GTM isn’t plug-and-play.
Sending 100, 1000, 10000, 100000, 10000000, or 10000000+ messages doesn’t automatically fix your outbound.
Seems like every new tool is focusing on volume + ‘personalization’ with AI.
This should ONLY be layer of your GTM.
Not the whole thing.
We use similar tools at Erudite.
But only for our tier 3 account list.
For tier 1/2 prospecting, we use:
1. Bitscale (list building)
2. Floqer (workflows)
3. Exa (acct research)
4. Serper (scraping)
5. Trellus (dialer)
6. Replit (in-house tech)

10. LeadDelta (LinkedIn lightweight CRM)
And a bunch more.
If you want to launch a GTM motion, you have to think beyond what 99% of outbound gurus teach you on X.
