The reason people don’t believe in you, is not because you’re incapable, it’s because they don’t know how to believe in themselves.

You must accept that people will eventually hurt you. Your choice is to hurt them back, or forgive them. If you hurt them, you become them. If you forgive, they may see a light in you that changes the way they treat others.
