Be bored. Spend your mornings without phone. Drink coffee in silence. Go for walks without music. Stare at a wall. Look out the window. Just sit in silence listening to your breath. No TV. No books. No scrolling. No entertainment. Do nothing. Just exist without worrying about "what to do next". We have normalized overconsumption. You can't focus because you never let yourself be bored. Your brain never gets a break. Boredom is the cure.

Stop consuming other people's lives. They are not better than you. They are simply living their own. You live yours. Do things that you find exciting. Follow your interests. Write a book. Start a business. Teach something that feels like play to you. Start a Vlog on the thing you've been obsessed about since you were seven. Don't become a spectator in your own life. You are the main character. You are the hero of your story. Not them, You. Remember that.

Slow down. Urgency kills your vibe. It forces you to operate from your lower self. From fear, anxiety, shame, insecurity, doubt. But when you slow down, you become more intentional. More present. You operate from a state of knowing. From this solid inner certainty. An unshakable confidence that people fear to question.

Overthinking is a story. And that story isn't real. None of it. It's just a long chain of what ifs. What if that happens, what if it doesn't work, what if i fail, what if??? That fear, that insecurity, that imaginary scenarios you're obsessing about, it's all in your head. Don't complicate it. Take a breath, you will be fine. Every time you find yourself in that story, drag yourself to the present.
English

People who reach a high level of awareness become unsociable. Crowds drain them. Noise overwhelms them. Small talk feels like work. They chill different. A cozy room. Two people they trust. Good food. Music. Conversations that actually mean something. That’s where they feel alive. Depth over noise. Because for them... peace feels like home.

@karunpal Great book, Karun. Live from the inside out, instead of the outside in. I recently moved to another country/city, but I don't feel any urge to go downtown or so. I Iove my morning walks in a nearby park, adequately called Parque de la Salud!

Be boring. Don't chase trends. Don't follow opinions. Do your own thing. Things that feels right in your heart. Wake up early. Go for walks without music. Read books that takes weeks to finish. Watch old films nobody talks about. Music that's rare. Build a private, unimpressive life that makes you deeply happy. A slow life that feels like your own. That's all that matters.

Modern luxury is the ability to live quietly. No drama. No noise. No pretending to be someone you are not. Just living low-key. Reading. Thinking. Listening to music. Staring at walls. Going for walks. Watching old movies. Being bored. Working on your purpose. And feeling life deeply. That is peace.
