Bugün bu gördüğünüz güzeller güzeli kadının öldürülmesinin üzerinden tam 3 yıl geçti. Bir lojman dolusu polis tarafından olayın üstü kapatılalı, intihar yalanı söyleneli, Aysun anne ağlamaya başlayalı, tam 3 yıl oldu. #Yeşimsiz3Yıl oldu ve hala adaleti sağlanmadı, sesi duyulmadı.

pulling a massive crowd like this as a solo artist and make them sing with you word for word is insane.

proof that bts was always the risk taker, challengers they say they are now: in their debut years (2013–2015), their music was reacting to real stuff; school pressure, growing up, society’s expectations. BTS made their debut with an aggressive, 90s-inspired hip-hop sound in "No More Dream," in contrast to the refined, uplifting idol pop trend of the time. It was more like them figuring out who they were and pushing against the system rather than fitting. albums like 2 Cool 4 Skool and O!RUL8,2? weren’t “safe” at all, they were very bold for rookies. even back then, you can see it clearly: they weren’t asking fans what they wanted. they just wanted to put out music that said what needed to be said. then comes hyyh era (2015–2016), which is where a lot of us feel super emotionally attached. but what we forget is that shift itself was risky. they moved away from hard-hitting hip-hop into something more emotional, storytelling-focused, dealing with youth, loss, and change. this was incredibly risky because it was long term storytelling. that was the unfamiliar direction at the time. the “old BTS” people miss now? that was once the “new BTS” that not everyone accepted. and honestly, this pattern has just kept repeating over the years. after that, Wings (2016–2017) pushes even further, getting into themes like temptation, individuality, and psychology, with literary influences layered in. they risked losing fanbase because of sophistical sound. not exactly fan-service content if you ask me (there was discomfort then too). then LY (2017–2018) where hey moved from pure pop to dramatic, and MOTS (2019–2020) go deeper into self-love, identity, and introspection. that's def not a group playing it safe. then you hit the global era. Dynamite, Butter, PTD. This is where people misunderstood them the most. they were just expanding their audience. and there's nothing wrong with that. they were navigating their western/global audience. they never stayed still. every time they reached a point where they could’ve played it safe, they did the opposite. they challenged themselves creatively, and at the same time, challenged the expectations around them. bts are evergreen artists.

joon & bts are easy to love as men because they sincerely embody and demonstrate a kind of tender masculinity and emotional maturity that rarely, if at all, exists in the public eye. especially in asian societies. theyre role models for boys amidst an epidemic of incel culture.

All tracks from BTS’ “ARIRANG” remain in the top 50 on Billboard Global 200 for a third consecutive week, joining Taylor Swift’s “The Life of a Showgirl” as the only albums in history to achieve this.
