As a Palestinian Muslim, growing up I was told that we were Democrats. Perhaps due Bill Clinton loosening up immigration laws to allow refugees from all over the world… But as I got older, I realized that Republicans shared more of my conservative values. And the more business owners I meet, the more I find they enjoy the freedom of commerce and the tax incentives under Republican presidencies. But now that both parties have bowed down to Israel and compete on who can give more weapons and taxpayer dollars to kill any remaining Palestinians, I’m just confused. I’m going Green Party this time because the other two are quite frankly one and the same.
